We will inspect the Estate and its surroundings to ensure that defects and/or any irregularities are reported to the MCST promptly. We will follow-up on the reported defects, where MCST’s approval is received. Where necessary, we will also work with contractors and/or professional bonafide consultants to resolve the reported defects
